Declining Balance may be used at Meharry Café or the We Proudly Serve Starbucks. Every student receives $650 Declining Balance Dollars per semester. They are added to your Meharry Dining Meal Card, which can be picked up at the We Proudly Serve Starbucks at the beginning of the school year.
